Informed Consent
We believe patients make the best decisions regarding their dental health when they are well informed. When planning your course of dental treatment, we will thoroughly discuss with you the available treatment options as well as their estimated costs. With your informed consent, we will begin your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
We understand there may be situations where you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. If that happens, we ask that you call us at least 2 business days (48 hours) in advance so we may reschedule your appointment.
