Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes before your first appointment time so you can fill out a New Patient form.
Initial Examination
At the beginning of your first appointment, your dentist will go over your medical and dental history with you, and perform a dental exam. This exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw. Additionally, X-rays and an oral cancer screening may be conducted as necessary.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. They will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Prairie Smiles Dental Group, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in understanding your insurance plan better.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by debit or most major credit cards, as well as e-Transfer.
